Wala na si Makoy, wala na akong kakulitan, wala nang kasamang magmeryenda...
Wala na'kong tatawagan para gaguhin, asarin, wala nang tatawa sa mga kagaspangan ko...
Wala na si Mavi, ang 99% shooter, pinakamagaling sa lahat ng larangan ng palakasan...
Wala na si Makoy, wala na yung gago kong kaibigan...
Eto tol, ginawan kita ng kanta...

The day after my birthday a text message woke me up and it came from my bestfriend Jeff, it said...
"Wala na si *Makoy
di na daw nagising kanina..."
(*Remember Usapang Kalye? Usapang kanin? sya yung kausap ko dun sa mga entries na yun...) :(
I did not know what to make of it, if it was a joke, it was a sick, a very bad joke so I called my other friend JR, and asked him about the text message
"Wala na daw tol, tara punta tayo sa kanila, kung ayaw mong maniwala"
Then came my other friends Bry, and Denden, with the same shocking news.
So I went with them to Makoy's house and there Mike, Makoy's younger brother confirmed his brother's death.
Makoy was on his new job at Rebisco, he was on a 6-3am shift. Apparently there wasn't much to do so he took a nap, but never got the chance to see the sun rise again.
I went to the Lagot ka shoot, feeling heavy and with disbelief...
Hun, too, was shocked, she also knew Makoy and all she recalls of him are his funny antics and punchlines
We'll never know when its time to go, like a thief in the night, it'll come and leave us lifeless and robbed...
Goodbye my friend... Make flights with angels when you do your rest... + + +

Sunday, January 16, 2005Fiesta
Im so glad Hunny was able to come with me and experience our fiesta in Litlit, Silang Cavite... Nanis came too, all three of us slept in the room I used when I lived there back when I was in college.
Too bad we had to leave early the next day because we had to attend the wedding of my close friend back here in QC.
Just to let you know, I really appreciate you coming with me hun, I love you!!!

Wednesday, January 12, 2005My first shoot!
Call time was at 2pm but the shoot started at 4pm, I couldnt take my eyes off Alicia Mayer, my was she pretty! when it was out turn in front of the camera, I felt some chills from my nape down to my spine... wow!
We didn't have lines, I got really pissed with the guy I was with.. (the other contestant from KiliTV), sobrang nanapaw! He kept on interrupting me... I was tryin' to get a tear to fall but he butted in and became a real jackass...
So there, that's my first shoot in Lagot Ka Isusumbong kita!... Bearwin Meily was nice, Toni Gonzaga's a real eyecatcher, too bad she's gonna ba a Kapamilya na. Watch for it on the 24th. Wish me Luck!!!

Last December 29, we (DVYO) sponsored the children's Xmas party in our village, and just like last year, we had a real good and fun time with the kids. My predecessor, Bimbo did a good job handling the event. And though I'm no longer the president of the the org, Me and Bry (former Vice-President) together with the PYM. assisted the newly elected officers in their first project... Here are some pictures from the party...

20 more days and I'll be turning 25... would you believe that? I'm turning 25! and I look like I just came out of high school... :) Time flies so fast, a few years from now I won't recognize myself in the mirror... Lines of age would surely draw themselves on me... I just wish I'll be around that long to watch the Philippines be a superpower state... Hey! did I go too far with that wish?

Monday, January 03, 2005Ang Mundo ng Showbiz
Brian and I went to the meeting with Direk Cesar Cosme. He explained to us the scenario, From among the 80 audition tapes that were sent to receive He screened and chose 15 from them. Me being there would only mean one thing... I was chosen! The sad part is that Brian did not make it. We shouldve sent separate audition videos... [sigh]
What happens next? All 15 of us will be absorbed for a month by GMA KiliTV shows for a month. There will be 2 finalists per show. At sa Lagot ka ako napunta... haayyy... gusto ko pa naman sana sa Bubble Gang...
I'll let you in the next episodes of my life, hopefully a life in showbiz... :) that's a promise ....
